DBVA for Visual Studio (DBVA-VS) is the tool that provides the solution to develop database applications. DBVA-VS is an Object-Relational Mapping tool which provides an easy-to-use environment bridging between object model, data model and relational database.

DBVA-VS not only provides you visual modeling for both logical data design and physical data design, but also automates the mapping between object model and data model.

Developers save enormous amounts of time using DBVA-VS to manage the coding of SQL and JDBC transparently with Plain Old Java Objects (POJO), as DBVA for Visual Studio is capable of reverse engineering a relational
database into a Class Diagram and an Entity Relationship Diagram and vise versa (create a database from entity relational models or class models).

DBVA for Visual Studio also generates a cost-effective, reliable, scalable and high-performance object to relational mapping layer. The generated mapping layer includes the support of transaction, cache and other optimized feature. DBVA for Visual Studio increases the productivity and reduces the risk of developing the mapping layer manually significantly.

· Microsoft Visio 2003 and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 are required for using Visio Shape and Import Visio Stencils.
